Terms & Conditions

The company is not responsible for trip cancellation due to breakdown or unavoidable circumstances.
Refund will be processed only if no alternate arrangement is provided.
Valid ticket must be presented before boarding.
Changes in journey date or timing must be requested at least one day before departure.
Pets and animals are not allowed inside the bus.
Processing fee is non-refundable.
Seats are allotted subject to availability.
Ticket cancellation refund may take 7–10 working days.
Selected seat number may change due to operational reasons.
Passengers must carry a valid Government Photo ID.
Passengers creating disturbance may be removed from the bus.
Fare difference will be refunded if bus type changes.

Transaction charges or the home delivery charges, will not be refunded in the event of ticket cancellation.
Pets and Animals not allowed inside the bus while Journey.
Any passenger disturbing the co-passengers is liable to be alighted from the coach.
In case of open tickets, the fare prevailing at the time of confirmation of journey will be charged.
Seats Will Be Confirmed Only After Successful Payment. (Depending Upon Seat Availability).
Ticket Cancellation amount will be credited in your account within 7 to 10 working days after the refund initiation.
